TIPS TO MANAGE STRESS

We, human beings, always meet the stress in jobs, family & education and so on.
However, there are 8 ways to combat these stressful conditions.
1.Breathe in & breath out.
When face with stress, try this. Breathe in through your nose. Hold your breath for a while. Breathe out slowly. Repeat.

2.Talk to someone.
Yak with a friend, vent your frustrations, tell them about your day. A simple conversation can go a long way to reduce stress.

3. Laugh out loud (LOL)!
Laughter is not only good medicine, it is also contagious. Watching someone else have a good laugh can get you laughing and joining in the fun, too! A good laugh can help relieve tension. So laugh the stress away.

4.Good Sleep
Your mind and body deserve a good sleep everyday. So give yourself at least 6-8 hours of sleep each day.

5.Exercise
Exercise keeps you healthy and fit. It also releases endorphins which makes you feel good. So, exercise and lift your spirits! Gather a group of friends and start on a regular exercise routine today.

6. Eat everyday
When face with stressful situations, don't overindulge in caffeinated drinks and unhealthy snacks. Choose healthier options like fruit and vegetables. Remember 2 servings of fruit & 2 servings of vegetables everyday will keep you healthy!

7.Think Positive!
Say to yourself every morning:
-Today is going to be a great day!
-Things don't get better by worrying about them.
-I can do it!
-There is always something to be happy about!
-Life is great! Make the best of it!

8.Find your own space.
Set aside at  least 10 minutes for yourself everyday. During this "me time", put your work away and do something you really enjoy- take a walk along the beach or listen to your favourite music.

Some people rely on sedative or stress relieving medicines to cure their anxiety. Moreover, mediation is used to clear the mind and ease many health issues, such as high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety.  Anyway, by following any tip among the above 8, you will really relieve your tension and stress. Be happy , less stressful and calm down to overcome obstacles.
